URGENT – Just loaded $10 and balance shows -1329 credits – Return my credits NOW

Hi Devv team / Hola equipo Devv, I just loaded another $10 (literally minutes ago) and instead of receiving the credits, my balance shows -1329 and I have 0 credits available. This is the second time this happens in less than a week. My current plan expires on December 25, NOT on December 2, so there is no reason for the system to be deducting or blocking my credits like this. Please refund/restore the credits from this last $10 payment IMMEDIATELY and fix whatever bug is causing this, because it’s already crossing every limit of patience. I’m still your client and out of respect I’m not using strong words, but this needs to be solved right now. Transaction ID / Payment proof attached (or can send immediately). Thank you / Gracias,

Honestly, I did not want to have to write this, but the situation has become unsustainable. I have attempted image generation at least four times, and on all these occasions, the system has DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It simply consumes the credits, shows me the empty photographic proof that I am attaching, and delivers no results. What is most alarming, Bohan, is that the system supposedly deducts credits based on the generation's difficulty. However, even for attempts that should not involve such high difficulty, I have seen significant amounts like 204, 204, or 200 credits deducted, and STILL I receive no output. This cannot stand! I consider this to be direct theft. My money is hard-earned, and I would expect it to be valued more. It is unacceptable for a system to be designed to "take, take, and take" credits without delivering the promised service, and to even charge for a difficulty that yields no results. If the work were performed correctly, I would bear the cost without issue. But the sheer helplessness I feel watching my investment vanish without any return is immense. My money is hard-earned, Bohan. I urgently demand that this system be investigated and fixed. I need an immediate resolution to this situation and compensation for the credits that have been stolen. Subscription Issue: Double Charge & Account Downgraded

Dear Devv.ai Support Team, I am writing to resolve a critical issue regarding my subscription status and a billing error. The Situation: My subscription was in the process of auto-renewal. However, I accidentally purchased a subscription manually at the same time. This resulted in my account being charged twice for the same product. The Problem: Immediately after the second payment was deducted, my "Pro/Premium" subscription was canceled completely by the system. Despite having paid (twice), I currently have no access to the premium features I paid for. My Request: Restore my Pro/Premium access immediately as the payment has been made.
