支持添加 Devv 为 Chrome 搜索引擎 [Support Quicklink to set Devv as default search engine in chrome]

We have supported for the ability to ask questions via quicklink at <https://devv.ai/searc/\[query\]>, but at the moment Devv's quicklink only supports the default web mode, and there's no way to specify a Github mode or repository.
