Web search does not work: Bug or feature?

Some questions did not search for web results when I was in web mode.

Is it a bug? Can I force every question to search web results?

        Yeah thats the reason. As Devv agent would analysis your question and exec different actions.

        If the agent thinks your question is about explain code and doesn’t need search web resources, then it won’t search for external sources.
