github模式 仓库有更新后无法重新解析 [Unable to re-index repository in GitHub Mode after updates]

我的仓库有重大更新，但是github模式好像解析仓库是一次性的，也没有看到重新解析仓库的选项，想问一下这个怎么解决，谢谢！

My repository has had significant updates, but it seems that GitHub mode only indexes the repository once. I don't see any option to re-index the repository. I'd like to know how to resolve this issue. Thank you!
