Ability to tag specific files while asking question

So far using Devv is really useful for me as it speeds up the process of learning a new open source technology. However, sometimes, not being able to tag specific files can be limiting.

Being able to ask questions about a repository is great no doubt but being able to tag a specific files in the repo would make it a lot more useful. Thanks.
