Use tokens via API key directly from OpenAi

I would like to know if it is possible to use the tokens directly with the API that I have instead of using the tokens offered by the platform (devv ai)?

For example, the cost of the tokens will be entirely my responsibility, exempting the platform from having to use its own tokens.
