输出语言选择后，并不生效？[Output Language Issue]

今天突然遇到的情况，明明已经选择了输出语言，但是结果输出的却是我使用的语言。。。试了试，不仅英语是这样，日语也是这样。只要我使用中文询问，就一定回复中文。之前明明一切正常。

Description: Select English as output language, ask the question in other languages like Japanese, the model will ouput the same language as the query, in this case Japanese instead of English.
