Claude 3.5 API issue

Basically, every two days, my request will fail (everything else is normal at this time, accessing github, Google, chatGPT, youtube, etc.),, and it will fail again, which will last for about half an hour. I am a pro member. Is this service really reasonable? Can I apply for a refund? I have had enough...

    I have added an error handler just now and this should solve your issue. If you meet it again, please let me know.

    Actually our own server for Devv works well. But we did notice that Claude 3.5 offcial API has some error recently. There’s an issue with Claude offcial API, and you can see it here

    If the API failed, it may cause the error that you are facing with in Devv.


    I am really sorry to let you wait. We have reported this issue to them and try to add an error handler in our own server.

        Don’t worry Hao, we have added backup plan and right now even tho the offcial API failed, Devv should still work well.
