Please i cant even send a small image screenshot that was taken with a snip tool on my macbook. Im at the point where I’m just visualise prompting

    I looked carefully at your feedback and sent them to the development team. We will be attending to them and fixing what we can ASAP.

    For future references, if it’s easier, you can consolidate your feedback into one post.

      Hi Nova, trust me, we do care about the voices from you guys and we have followed this guideline to ship our product for almost 1 year.

      But at the same time, we are a new start-up company with just a small team. We have to balance all feature requests and our product roadmap. So sometimes not every request is solved in a short time, I am really sorry about it.
