I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged; I’m requesting a refund and cancellation

Also, I think I subscribed fairly early on, and I recall being told that renewals would be at the original price for life (though I might be mistaken). For some reason, I was charged 240 this time instead of the original price of 144.
