Hi Devv team / Hola equipo Devv,
I just loaded another $10 (literally minutes ago) and instead of receiving the credits, my balance shows -1329 and I have 0 credits available.
This is the second time this happens in less than a week. My current plan expires on December 25, NOT on December 2, so there is no reason for the system to be deducting or blocking my credits like this.
Please refund/restore the credits from this last $10 payment IMMEDIATELY and fix whatever bug is causing this, because it’s already crossing every limit of patience.
I’m still your client and out of respect I’m not using strong words, but this needs to be solved right now.
