Subscription Issue: Double Charge & Account Downgraded

Dear Devv.ai Support Team,

I am writing to resolve a critical issue regarding my subscription status and a billing error.

The Situation: My subscription was in the process of auto-renewal. However, I accidentally purchased a subscription manually at the same time. This resulted in my account being charged twice for the same product.

The Problem: Immediately after the second payment was deducted, my "Pro/Premium" subscription was canceled completely by the system. Despite having paid (twice), I currently have no access to the premium features I paid for.

My Request:

Restore my Pro/Premium access immediately as the payment has been made.

    (THE INVOICE FOR THE RECENT PURCHASE WAS PACKED UP THE FIRST TIME, THE LAST TIME I VISITED DEVV.AI THERE WERE 2 SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND WHEN I PURCHASED THIS MY ACCOUNT STILL REPORTED THAT MONEY WAS DEDUCTED AND I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR THE FIRST BILL DEDUCTION, AND RECENTLY MY DEVV.AI ACCOUNT WAS DOWNGRADE TO A FREE ACCOUNT)

    (RECHARGE FOR FIRST PURCHASE BUT MY ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH BALANCE SO IT CANNOT RENEW AUTOMATICALLY)

    (INVOICE FOR FIRST PURCHASE WAS RENEWED ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO)
