It shows that I have credits but the promt says I don't

It shows that I have 66 credits but when I try to add a prompt to make changes it says that I need to buy more credits

Can you explain why is it like this?
Is it a bug or what?

I am just scared to pay if this will continue and credits won’t be used fairly…
